Numeri is licensed with the Deeds, Companies and Intellectual Property (DCIP). The DCIP is Zimbabwe’s official registrar of companies and Numeri has been licensed to act as a company registration agent in Zimbabwe and related corporate secretarial activities.

Our DCIP license is an endorsement of how qualified Numeri is to deal with our client’s corporate secretarial work from comany registration tthrough to any other filing.

Numeri is a member of ZACRA, the association of company registration agents in Zimbabwe with the purpose of encouraging high standards amongst agents and acting as an open forum for  professionals working in the industry.

ZACRA is a recognised association for company registration and ZACRA works closely with government departments such as the Companies Registry and ZIMRA.
