Numeri was founded in 2019 by Takudzwa Sadziwa. Realising that there isn’t a dedicated corporate secretarial service provider specifically catering for start-ups, small to medium enterprises (SME’s), family owned businesses (FOB’s) and businesses that are coming into the Zimbabwean juridiction for the very first time, having worked in the areas of company secretarial for many years, Takudzwa saw the opportunity in offering a unique service to this market. The vision was for an independent company secretarial firm that not only offered expert and reliable solutions, but was committed to tailored solutions and prioritised the personal touch.
